1. An intending member must be at least 18 years of age. Ages below 18 are required to have secured parental/guidance authorization/permission to become an active member of GICS.
2. A functional account with any accessible commercial bank in Nigeria is required.
3. A one-time membership fee of N5000 (exclusive of processing fee) is required to be paid into the GICS Bank Account.
4. Your membership account will only be activated after you have completed payment into the GICS account and uploaded the scanned or photographed payment teller in your online membership account (please see “Registration Procedure” for direction).
5. GICS will not be liable for any payments made to wrong accounts (Cash or bank deposits).
6. It is your responsibility to recruit other members into the system by giving out your membership sponsor ID.
7. GICS reserves the right to terminate your membership without any refund if you are found involved with corrupt or fraudulent practices.
8. Your participation in the Membership MLR Reward Program of the Global Investment Cooperative Society (GICS) is robust and capable of accomodating your recruitment drive. You are not required to have multiple registrations.
9. The Membership of this cooperative is not transferable.
10. A minimum of One (1) year notice must be given for withdrawal of your membership.
11. Confidentiality
    Information provided by you shall be kept confidential and not be used or disclosed in any manner incompatible with the purposes for which they are held. Notwithstanding, You acknowledge that we may disclose and transfer any information that you provide through this Website to (i) the Cooperative Society, its affiliates, agents or information providers; or (ii) if we have a right or duty to disclose or are permitted or compelled to so disclose such information by law or by a court of competent jurisdiction. You consent to the transmission, transfer or processing of such information to, or through, any country in the world, as we deem necessary or appropriate, and by using and providing information through this Website you agree to such transfers.
